Bruery White Chocolate

I think it is a barleywine. White Oak is a wheatwine, but that is blended with mischief

 

The primary component of our "White Oak" ale is a 100% barrel aged wheat wine that we affectionately refer to as "White Oak Sap."

 

I'd rather they'd White Oak Sap first before giving it other treatments.

I loved White Oak, and I'm sure I'll love this. Probably gonna max out.

 

Oddly, White Oak Sap is retired on this site. Weird.

 

I'd get max allocation of this in a heartbeat.

The food geek in me is disturbed that they put cocoa nibs in something called white chocolate.

 

Better than using cocoa butter and having another "Deschutes Black Butte XXII" debacle on our hands

I've heard they've already pushed last years batch into distro

 

Shouldn't have been a fiasco. That beer is freaking delicious and should have been released, appearance be damned.
