Bruery Windowsill

    Wow, has anybody else revisited this beer recently? When it came out I was super excited because they marketed it as a tart Raspberry Rhubarb pie but initially it came off very sweet and not too tart. I guess ~1 year was plenty of time for the bugs to get to work because this beer is beautiful now.

    Not sure if a BA treatment is even necessary for Windowsill but I'd love to see a BBA variant to see a touch of sweetness and vanilla back into the beer.


    TL;DR: If you have a Windowsill, I'd recommend revisiting it : D

    My first bottle was quite tart, second one much later was super sour. Awesome stuff.
