    White Chocolate + Cinnamon? Would probably be good, but that doesn't mean this isn't.

    Orchata is a thick, hearty beverage. Replicating it as a beer would suggest that a thick body would matter (that's why they added lactose, after all -- no milk in real orchata). This is what I'm saying.

    I appreciate that this isn't another huge 15% $30 beer. I see your point about horchata having a thicker body, and you may have expected that, but I don't think it was intended to be thick. For me it is a nice twist on a summer beer even.

    I'm kind of surprised that The Bruery failed to make a beer thick. Isn't that the first sign of the Apocalypse?

    On this point we very much agree. It's a fun summer beer, and it's not pricey. But it shouldn't be blowing up the trade boards, and getting a ton if you aren't going to drink them quick would be a mistake.
