Brunch Stout Kit from Northern Brewer

    just received my brunch stout kit from northern brewer. wondering if anyone has brewed this or tried it, and what's your thoughts.

    I've never tried it, but most stouts come out great. Fermentation temp in the mid to low 60s for 7 days and then 68 until it finishes is the way to go. So long as there's chocolate malt in the bill I'm a happy camper.

    Thanks for the info. My basement should be just right for those temps. This is my first stout so I'm pretty excited about it.
