How is this aging? I see it on shelves and although I liked it OK fresh, I'd love to grab some if it's aging well.

I have a bottle sitting right now and would love to know as well, hopefully there's some new reviews up.

Better than fresh? More brett character?

More brett but it's not improving significantly

I too had it fresh and thought it was just okay. Had it again about a month ago and it has definitely gotten better IMO. The Brett is more developed and the flavors are coming out more. Still not what I had hoped it would be when I bought them a year ago. Wish I had another one to sit on for another 6 months or so to see if it gets even better.

I might grab one then and just sit on it for awhile.

Allow me to add my impression to this. Have opened two in the last couple months. Maybe even mildly preferred it fresh. But just has never been all that great and doesn't seem to be headed that way.

I totally wouldn't buy any at all. Unless you like band-aids.

Just opened my other bottle. Definitely agree it was better fresh. The brett is still intact, but the complex champagne-like flavors have all faded, more muted malt flavors now.

Sadly, I agree with others, this did not improve with age. I opened my last bottle in May and thought that it got worse with age.

I guess the 2 gathering dust in my cellar are...going to gather dust since I'll probably pass them over for other stuff!
