I actually just opened one over Christmas and it tasted amazing. Great dry character to it on top of a slight malt sweetness. Mine had not gone bad like some allude to.

I thought it sliiiiightly more tart than when it was fresh. Still very drinkable.

This is good news...just looked at the one sitting in my cellar again last night. Maybe I'll give it a try next weekend.

I've been considering popping my bottle recently, too. Thanks for the input!

Opened my last bottle a week ago. Better than fresh based on my recollection, I really was disappointed initially.

I detected a bit of what might be some off flavors developing, there was a hint of medicinal cherry as the beer warmed. Could be ok for some, but I wouldn't let this one sit too much longer.

I have one stashed away in my cellar as well. I'll probably end up popping it soon after the responses in here

I drank one that i bought in Texas about 6 months ago that was far better than when it first came out. I bought the next two bottles i could find.

I thought it reached a high point the year following release. Had a nice juiciness still and had soured slightly. Had one last month and it was still good but the brett was overwhelming. An entire glass of foam everytime I poured it. Dry dry dry as a bone.

Just had one I had found still on the shelf at the store. After I poured it, it just foamed until it was all bout flat. Wasn't too keen on the taste either and it WAS dray as hell. Not sure if it's just it not suiting my taste or that it just wasn't good anymore.

Opened my last bottle with friends this week. We all loved it. Grassy, dry, tart, a little funk. Super cool experiment.

Just opened a bottle this weekend and all 6 of us agree it did not age well at all.

So I have concluded by this thread that taste is subjective.....

LOL. Indeed! I popped my last bottle on 2/16, its 3-year anniversary. After following this thread for a while before doing so, I was concerned. However, I enjoyed it just fine.
