Hill Farmstead with the new addition is really worth the visit. There are always some fun rarities (had Flora Plum last time I was up). There's also some really great pizza and beer spots close by around too: http://parkerpie.com/ and http://www.positivepie.com/hardwick/home.php

Additional votes for Hill Farmstead and Stone. Easily top two on my list.

I will admit, however, that I really want to get to the new Alchemist brewery this summer. Eventually I'll get to Hill Farmstead, but my friends already make periodic trips, and I can get it on tap in Worcester.

Bells, Jolly Pumpkin, New Holland, Avery, Three Floyds, Founders, Corsendonk, and Weihenstephan are mine. I've already been to Stone, Sierra Nevada, The Boston Beer Company, Rare Barrell, The Bruery, Alesmith, and Russian River and hope very much to go back to all of these sometime.

I realized this when I took my brother to Russian River last week. I thought, most people dream of coming to this place. They make great beer, and the food is solid, but as an establishment? Its alright. Almost always busy and aside from a few of their beers (Pliny, R2H56, RRIPA, Consecration, Supplication), most I could do without. I'd rather take 2 days old bottles of Pliny and a mix 6 of Consecration and Supplication with me to enjoy elsewhere.

Grimm doesn't have a brick and mortar brewery and Other Half is super small and cramped. I know some people like it but I'm not a fan of hanging out there (get the beer and split IMO).

Jealous of your Cantillon trip though!

Tons I'd want but for right now, I'd like to hit up some of the NE ones - TreeHouse, Trillium, HF, etc. Would love to get a Cantillon, 3F trip too!

    Yuengling in Pottstown PA.

Upon completion of the tour at Dogfish Head in Milton DE, the guide was asked about other breweries that are nice to tour. He highly recommended Yuengling, saying the cellars they use today, are the same that was used for prohibition. Hard to deny an endorsement like that.

If I ever hit the lottery:
Bells (love the stouts and porter)
    Sierra Nevada (duh)

Did Cantillon in 2014 along with 3F. These were my biggest brewery wants. Number 3 is Kloster Andechs. Luckily I will be in Munich in August of this year and will be knocking that one off the list.
If I had to choose any brewery in the US it would probably be Russian River.

I already have Surly, Indeed, Bauhaus, Bell's & Founders, etc..

I will be in the grave and be happy to leave some inheritance for my loved ones that are that more important to me than beer. I have no bucket list for anything. Cheers!!

    In order of favourites:

    1. Founders
    2. Weihenstephan
    3. Sierra Nevada
    4. Schneider Weisse
    5. Dupont
    6. Schlenkerla
    7. Orkney Brewery
    8. Hitachino Nest
    9. Rodenbach
    10. Samuel Smith

That's a pretty well-rounded top ten covering off almost every style imaginable - and they all have a world-class beer or two in their line-up - if you're new to the scene these are excellent brewers to target

Most of BBC's Samuel Adams beers are brewed in Pennsylvania - at the former Schaefer/Stroh/Pabst/Diageo brewery in Breinigsville, outside Allentown. Schaefer (and, IIRC, Stroh) used to give tours and I thought BBC mentioned it when they bought the place in 2008, reopening Schaefer's Stein Room, but I don't think they've done anything yet.
Wrong town - you'll find their beers on draught, but you'll be 50 miles from their two breweries in Pottsville.

The brewery itself says it's a myth - that while the entrance to the cellars (which are no longer used) were bricked up during Prohibition, and Yuengling was somewhat successful brewing and marketing its 0.5% near beer but...

Appreciate the town correction, but the rest was how I interpreted it. NO malice intended on my part.
