I'll add Dieu du Ciel to this list, too. Could see spending at least a couple days chilling there.

If I do ever make it to Russian River, whaddaya think, go for that massive flight or not? Generally I don't, but that seems hard to pass up.

Went to Cantillon and it was awesome. They were not brewing at the time but the self guided tour was well designed. The samples were great, then we split a bottle of Fou' Foune which was stellar!

I was in Vermont last week.

Foam was great right on the lake. Lots of great beers. Place is nice.

HF was truly the pinnacle of beer mecca/nerds coming together from far reaching places to a remote farm not close to anything. Everyone needs to experience a visit to the promised land.

Von Trapp - New brewery is really nice venue and location. Lagers are great as well and a must visit if in Stowe area.

Lost Nation - Amazing beers, super nice owners/brew masters and nice outdoor beer garden venue. But really go for the food. Their food was better than Pro Pig, and nearly everywhere else we ate.

Alchemist - It's only for beer pickups. The new facility is actually like entering the lobby of a museum or nice movie theater.

Wasn't impressed with Rock Art much. Seemed like a Cracker Barrel gift lobby.

This list would be exactly mine except that I'd replace Boneyard with Dogfish Head (I've been to Boneyard).

Without any specific brewery names in mind yet (until I start planning) I'd like to take 2-3 weeks to do a driving (and boat) tour of Scotland, Ireland, England, France, Germany and Belgium.

It's funny, I was just looking over this list yesterday because last week I knocked out 3 of the breweries of that list. I was at Hill Farmstead, Tree House (2nd time there) and Trillium (both locations). Add Bissell Brothers (Portland, Maine) to your list as well. Very cool place and great beer. As for Europe, I've only visited one brewery: Cantillon. Worth a trip to Brussels for sure.

I've been to most of the big guns on the east coast. Trilllium, Treehouse - all the VT brewerys - pretty much every NJ brewery including Kane, Magnify, Conclave etc. But ones I haven't made it to yet include Tired Hands, Industrial Arts and The Alchemist.
