I usually pick some up in Charlotte/Fort Mill at Frugal McDoogals when I'm passing through. I wish I could still get it in Columbia....

I completely agree. Sierra Nevada's Torpedo is my favorite budget beer. It's $8.39 for a 6-pack here, and it's about a 7.2%ABV. You definitely get your money's worth.

Sierra Nevada, on sale by me for $13.99 per 12 pack, similar for Sam Adams Rebel IPA. Victory Dirt Wolf (DIPA) $7.99 per 4 pack but worth it

SN Torpedo, Lagunitas IPA, FW Union Jack when it's on sale at $8.99 a six-pack, but it's usually Torpedo.

My local brewery (Cape May Brewing Co.)! $5 for a refill on 32 oz growler, $10 for 64 oz. Can't beat it!

I've seen 15-pack cans of All Day for $15.99 by me.

One of my favorites but I don't think his state gets it yet. Sad times in Washington!

At Walgreens right by house. Bottle date is about 2 months old but can't beat the price. Every other place is at least $4 more. Still tastes great!

Funny enough, I had never even stopped to consider this wasn't available everywhere until earlier today when I picked up some Founders Breakfast Stout. I always fall into "If I can get it, they must be able to too!" with most of my purchases.

Always see it around, always too scared to bite. Think i've seen it for around 10 bucks for 12 cans?

That's how I do it. Founders mug club, 64oz growler fill $8. All day, Centennial, Reds Rye. Any of those IPAs as well as any class one on draft at the time. Added bonus it's the freshest beer in town!

Yeah - might as well go sculpin at that point.

Weihenstephaner Hefe goes from 10 to 12 bucks a sixer, depending on location and sales. If me and my cousin are hanging out, we always grab a six of Hoegaarden or Sweetwater 420 from the gas station for about 9 bucks.

Is a half rack a 12 pack? If not, please tell me what a half rack is.

When you're talking budget brew, I always think Moosehead. Around here, it's $7.99 a 12 pack. I can love that ...

When it's available, SN Celebration is my ultimate budget beer. For $8.99 a 6-pack, it doesn't get much better.

Plus, it doesn't necessarily need to be drunk really fresh to be great. I've had it 5 months past bottling and it was still a great beer.

^ This. Lagunitas quality to price ratio is the measuring stick.
In the world of bombers that is a good price. If more people would do that math, maybe we could get rid of them.
