    Hint Hint

Went to D&Q today and Brandon apparently received more cases of this than midtown specs. I stopped by for the Abyss and managed to snag one of these bottles no prob.

Gotta ask the man for it though! I'm sure he still has more than enough!

I have never tried this beer, but I love stouts. So is it worth it to drive in from the hwy 249 area to pick one up? I was going to go for Abyss and Gingerbread, but with no more Abyss I am questioning whether to do it.

Honestly I thought it was a very tasty stout, I had the BB version and thought it was pretty phenomenal.

I've had this on draft at the brewery, and it was pretty tasty. Is this worth letting sit for a couple months?

Seems ageable, with the thick flavor profile on it

They said that it was bottled in November, so it has been sitting for a couple months already.

I think he had like a case or so left when I was there around 1pm. Maybe less.

Anyways I picked up two bottles. I do love the beer, and I'd LIKE to see the brewery go in a solid direction soon. I'm kind of puzzled by his business because I thought I remember him telling me he had around 50 investors total in the brewery. And it seems like Rassul hasn't decided what direction he wants to go in exactly. Like someone else previously pointed out, they don't really have a "standard" lineup, and are mostly all experimental batches or one-offs.

Man.. I was downtown this evening, but didn't have time to run by D&Q to see if they had any left... again, I'll trade some Jester King Funk Metal for a bottle. I'm in the Clear Lake area, but can drive a bit to meet up as needed.

I have an extra bottle of gingerbread stout. Also have an extra abyss. Looking to trade for some BCBS or BCBS trade bait locally.

It's because BuffBrew is a pyramid scheme.
