    Get it out, send it on it's way, & drink the beer. Unless it's a carrion beetle, or a dung beetle. They stink , like horse manure, and may affect the beer . (Not to mention where they feed. :~ ) In that case, depends on how special the beer. ; ) Maybe just ditch the foam , in the case you presented.

    If it's a bee, I would do the bee dance, you know it , you've seen it; and while dancing try to dive in and grab the beer out from under it so I can run away from the bee with the beer. If it's just a regular bug pick it up and off.

    Flies land on dog shit all the time. Then in my beer? Id be grossed out like any sane Englishman.
