    Sounds like more folks need to get into home brewing and brew these ideas up! Being able to dream up a beer and then actually brew it is one of the main enjoyments I get from it nowadays. And as already mentioned, its awful nice to do a 5 gallon batch of a Pliny (or other top notch beer) clone and not worry about having to find or trade for it! Kegging is nice as well so you dont have to wait as long for a brew to carbonate, taste so much better than bottle conditioned (IMO) and its a lot less work.

    Stop dreaming and make it happen folks...your friends will thank you (that is, if you share)!!!

    Jester King ales are not spontaneously fermented (though they do have one in the works). I haven't had an American Wild Ale that's comparable to the funk that's in Cantillon beers. Jester King is amazing though and I'm sure their peach sour will be awesome.

    IPA/DIPA: Looks like Two-Hearted, Smells like RuinTen, Tastes like a mix of RuinTen and Pliny, and goes down like Pliny. Around 8% ABV so I can drink more!

    Stout: Basically everything BCBS, except sightly more drinkable. I can't imagine taking a big swig of BCBS (I'm new-ish to stouts), but I would love to be able to.

    Looks, smells and tastes just like Plead the Fifth, but 7% ABV so I can drink them all day, especially since they retail at $5.99 for a six pack of 16 ounce cans.
