Bulk hop time!!

I plan to use the rest of my citra in small doses with other hops. The citra-bomb from hell smash was delicious, and really REALLY citra-y, so I'm kinda over the blast effects. Now I'm trying for more subtle flavors. And since I have around 6 oz citra left, this seems to be a good way to enjoy them thoroughly without buying more. I put a mere half ounce at flameout in my classic American creme ale, with all the other additions centennial, to 26.5 total IBUs. Interested to see how it comes out.
