The bottles are much better in my opinion. I wasn't a huge fan of the tap offerings. Bottles have gotten really positive comments so far overall.

You should be ok storing at normal cellar temps and chilling a bit before serving. Shoot me a beermail if you have any issues.

Has Bullfrog hinted at what is to come with the 3 other releases before year's end? Maybe something other than the Grrrz lineup?

Anyone local know if bottles are still hanging out? Thinking about making the trip tomorrow if so.

they said the next release won't be grrrz. There was a mention of what it would be but I can't remember exactly what it was. Believe maybe it was a Flanders or something like that.

The next release will be on 8/27. The following will be available:

    Rood Bruin non-fruited - 2/person (bottled 4/9/15)
Rood Bruin Druiven rested on Merlot grapes - 1/person (bottled 10/24/14)
Rood Bruin Kriek rested on sour cherries - 1/person (bottled 10/24/14)

Each of these offerings are 100% wild-fermented, Belgian/Flanders-inspired, Flemish-style Red-Brown Soured ales, have aged three years in neutral French oak barrels, then bottle conditioned for an additional 16-23 months.

I will post more info in the next few days.

I've seen other places lower prices when they got too high and unsustainable. I'm curious if the lower price tag is due to the different beers or if the Grrrz bottles may fall too in coming releases.
