Burner?

Keep in mind that it will only be a matter of time before you will want to do 10 gallon batches!

 

I'm not sure either, i'm just going on my side-by-side visual comparison of my hurricane burner and my blichmann burner. Both cast-iron burners look identical from my layman's eye and produce beautiful flames, but actual heat times don't really compare as the blichmann heats water way faster...so in my mind I have attributed to the stand design and the components of the set-up. So it could be a different cast-iron burner but not sure...guess I should email him.
