I am not a gluten free beer drinker, so it would be unfair for me to rate this brewery. That said, I admire their story and purpose. Can the BA'ERS give a sense of how they are doing or how they compare to other gluten free breweries?
I have tried their Pyro APA from a can a couple times and I think it ranks as a run of the mill APA compared to non GF craft beer, which I would count as a ringing endorsement for a GF beer.
Agreed on the Pyro, nothing mindblowing but a solid Gluten Free APA. That Sorgum is just so awful, I have made gluten free beers in the past and I usually cut it with honey, it really balances out the Sorgum and hides its grossness. I haeven't tried any of their other beers but really want to, especially their IPA and Coffee beer, but I'm not sure if they're brewery only or what as I've never seen them around. Omission has a great IPA, you'd never know it was Gluten Free.
