The Six Pack Untappd badge is a deceptively difficult for a beer nerd to achieve unless you try real hard.

Six Pack = Six of the same beer in a row within a week

As a beer drinker I do not want to answer the question - "What's new?" - with the response - "SOS".

Is there anyway I can dislike a post?

I have done the same thing. That's why I brew different beers all the time and buy different ones all the time. I love to try and drink seasonally so I never get burnt out.

Honestly, I really thought I was varying things up.

Anyways....trying to figure out what beers might be able to replace it and since I absolutely LOVE Deschutes Red Chair (and if it wasn't seasonal it would definitely my DBA replacement AND improvement) I decided to give Mirror Pond another shot, which I haven't tried in a few years. MP turned out to be a lot better than I remember and is an early candidate for my DBA replacement come this summer. All might not be lost.

And, yes, I won't JUST drink Mirror Pond. The search for fellow beers to add into the rotation will continue.

I got burnt out on one of my favorite beers this past summer. Founders Reds Rye PA it really scarred me that I would never be able to enjoy it the same way.

roll with it. a person's palate can change in a short time. i'm new to the craft world and limited myself to really malty beers like stouts and to wheat beers. i had tried ipa's before and wasn't a fan, but now i find myself enjoying the very beers that used to make me wretch. take it as an occasion to change it up.
