I've got a Busch Clock with a florescent light in the front and a fuse like thing that screw in the back. The fuse like thing is missing and I'm guessing it's about 3/4" in diameter. It looks like it should have two pins that twists into place. Maybe it's a relay? Any guesses?

Old fluorescent lights need this missing thing so that the light will start. Believe it or not, I think this tube device is called a fluorescent starter. I think you can find one at any good hardware store.
