I order online and got a 10 lb base malt, pre-crushed, that was busted open.

Received the box last weekend. The homebrew supply company replaced the bag (great customer service) but the new bag has been delayed due to the weather.

Debating using the grain that busted open in the shipping box. Recipe is a 14% Barleywine. Box has been kept sealed back up in my closet around 68 F.

Should this grain be ok to brew with tomorrow?

    P.s.

Have built up a 2-stage yeast starter that is ready to go. Other 22 lbs of grain arrived free of damage.

Lox has done its damage already, but my guess is it would have no matter what. +1 for just brew with it.
