To be honest, I hadn't thought much about it.

I have a Cambridge Brewing You Enjoy My Stout. I've never had it. Bought it about a month back, so it's been down there for only four weeks or so.

But I've been trying to drink down my cellar a little bit, so maybe I'll reach in another corner and see what I pull out!

Along with some of the newer stuff I have, I plan on cracking a '13 Fuller's Vintage Ale open and maybe another one of the '01 JW Lees Harvest Ales I recently picked up.

I have a 2011 Bigfoot, 2011 Vermonster, and 2009 Three philosophers that may get opened this evening with friends. No reason for these choices other than, why not now?

Not exactly "cellared," but I broke open a 2014 Bell's Black Note stout. It was amazing, so many dried fruit flavors opened up.

I have always traditionally abstained from any alcohol on New Years Eve, but on New Year's Day I make up for it.
I enjoyed a 1989 Thomas Hardy, as well as a bottle of homebrewed barleywine from a 2001 stash. I also had a few drams of 51 year old rye whiskey.

Our cellared beers were 2011 Pappy van Winkle aged Dark Lord and 2013 Port aged Dark Lord. Both were fantastic.
