Buying Beer in Minnesota

    Today, I was just at this hole-in-the-wall place called Heritage Liquor, and it's a damn good selection. It's by Maplewood off of English and Frost... Just in case you're ever in that area.

    Uh, if you're coming through Hudson, WI, be sure to stop by Casanova's and p/u some Toppling Goliath. Not from MN, but a brewery you must try that you can't purchase in Chicago. They typically have a few on tap for growler fills.

    My Toppling Goliath recommendation is Pseudo Sue.

    OP I would suggest any of the places that have been mentioned multiple times. No one really cares about homerism because we are supposed to be promoting hometown brews.

    Setup an IP trade or two at one of the taprooms to get some of the stuff you can't find easily in stores in the cities. I'm sure you could bring plenty to get this done (if you so choose). Anything that isn't seasonal should be easy enough to find at any of the suggested stores.
