    I poked around this section and couldn't find a lot on Sofie and how it ages, I have some 2013 that I sampled and enjoyed it a lot. However, I was wondering how it developed with age? Also, I have Jackie O's CSAison reserve. I had this on tap and it had a lot of citrus and lemon qualities from the Yarrow and Lemon Balm. My concern is will that citrus flavor fade from it with age?
