I had been speaking with another BA about trading for Cable Car... I wanted to do some more research and perhaps scratch my itch. Lets make this about '12 Cable Car, or even earlier. For instance: does Rare 1:1 make any sense? Or 50n? What have people have been trading Cable Cars for? Others I've seen recently: K13 1:1, DB Huna 1:1, case of BCBCS, etc..
I've traded some pretty big bottles for CC (BVDL, Blaebaer 750+, etc.) I doubt Rare or 50n will get it done (maybe both).
Both would most likely get it done. But it's not an easy bottle to pull. If you're looking for 1:1, you're gonna need some ammo.

and from my perspective having had the 2012 at a tasting several months back not worth the price, get yourself like a case of beatification for those 2 beers you mentioned and drink at leisure
Agreeing with this. My caveat is that the '09 cable car that was opened this past summer at the Hill Farmstead festival was EXCEPTIONAL.
I traded 2 CD6 and 1 CD7 for a 2012 CC, but I feel some regrets over trading my CD7. Although $4$ was even and I'm excited to have a CC.
