As in where in Walnut Creek is it brewed? It's in the Shadelands office park on the border of Concord/Walnut Creek.
Brady, Calicraft is based in Walnut Creek, CA. We do our brewing experimentation in Walnut Creek and brew a majority of our batches at our partner facility (Hermitage) in San Jose.
It's a little off the beaten path, but it is a great spot. One of the few beer related places I can drag my fiance to without any complaints (she loves their sparkling rose). I love their sours, and they always have some tasty experimental batches that are only taproom only. They have stepped up their IPA game over the last year as well - started venturing in the New England style IPAs. I know that they are working on an expansion of patio area in the front. I think the original blue prints had a couple of bocce ball courts and some hop fields, but I'm not sure if that is still in the works.
I'm sure there are medicinal uses for hop oils... maybe they can collaborate on an extract or something
If you can stick around until the 17th, they're having a Sour Saturday, having three new sours and some older ones.
