    Efficiency Target 70%

    Grain Bill:
    7.5 lbs 2-Row
    1.5 lbs Munich malt 10L
    .75 lbs Victory malt
    .5 lb Caramel 40L
    .5 lb Caramel 60L

    Hop Bill:
    .5 oz Northern Brewer @ FWH
    .5 oz Northern Brewer @ 20 min
    .5 oz Nugget @ 10 min
    .5 oz Northern Brewer @ 10 min
    .5 oz Nugget @ FO
    .5 oz Northern Brewer - dry hop

    Yeast:
    WY 2112- California Lager
    Water profile:
    Ca 87, Mg 0, Na 0, Cl 80, SO4 74, HCO3 33

    Process:
    Single infusion, no mash out. Mash at 152F for 45-60 minutes. Boil 60 minutes. Ferment at 61-62F. Slowly raise to room temperature for diacetyl rest around day 10, hold for 2-3 days. Dry hop in primary for 4-5 days.

    I think this is one of the more under appreciated styles out there, and does not get brewed nearly enough. Enjoy.
