    Yeah, it was HELLa good.

I have been enjoying all the Lager varieties coming out of Peter Hoey's program at Urban Roots.

Dos Topas Lager sold at TJs has been a staple in my fridge for a few months now. $9.99 six packs.

Rotated among Reality Czeck, Jahrzent, and Party Cup throughout the long weekend; no misses, just pure hits.

Just spent an hour at Eppig in Vista, in my opinion the best lagers in SD. I had the Vienna lager and the Hoppy Pils, both outstanding. I grabbed a 4pk of their Kolsch, which I have had alot of cans of recently. There were only 6 people there. No food options.

Had the Urban Roots 10° and 12° tonight. Both were fantastic, but I preferred the 10. Easily crushable and enjoyable. The more beers I have from Urban Roots, the more I like them

Had a great california lager day. Reality Czech, Alluvium, and my first experience with Trumer. All wonderful pilsners and I'm some what surprised that Trumer might be my favorite

Trumer Pils is a good one. It’s part of my grocery store pick ups but I haven’t sought it out in awhile.

I remember you mentioned Alluvium in the past and I’d made a note of it to track it down. Just looked it up and it looks like TW carries it so I may pick some for research purposes.

Down to my last 4-pk of Reality Czeck. Brought one along with Urban Roots 10°, and 12°, Jahrzent, and a Straight Jacket to the Hollywood Bowl last Sunday; great beers, great music, and great scenery.

Echoing some well deserved praise for Urban Roots. Picked up 10° and Hell this past week and sweet baby jesus both beers are phenomenal. I could crush 10° from morning until dawn and Hell is already a top 3 helles-lager in my books.

Does anyone know of a spot to pick up more Urban Roots in the South Bay area? The one spot that had Urban Roots in stock is already out and I'm kicking myself for not buying more. On that note, if anyone has direct access and would like to trade for Modern Times League Stouts or Private Press let me know!

Wow this might be the highest praise for any lager I have ever seen. Cheers to Urban Roots for inspiring this!

Enjoying this bad boy. At 3 months old to the day it’s still quite hoppy and tasty. Held up nicely.

    There’s a 12° as well that’s just as good as 10°.
I could probably get some for you. LMK.

Homage's Tristeza is one of my favorite pilsners of all time.

    B West Popfuji is awesome.

    Moonlight - Reality Czeck

    SARA - Surge Capacity

Timbo and North Park for an American Hoppy WC Pils.

I would agree with that list but add Enegren and Urban Roots

I agree with all the last 2 posts (however I haven’t had a couple of them)

Others I want to try are:
    Radiant: Brighter than Sunshine
    Eppig: anything.

I recently drove from CA to CO and brought a bunch of beer back, which I made through one can/bottle of each last weekend. I had the Bierstadt Slow Pour Pils, and it's probably the best American lager I've ever had. I was honestly surprised, it had a lot more depth and finesse than anything I've had in the US. I'd say it's very much worth seeking out if you have a Colorado source.

Man, picked up some Death & Taxes canned on 08/02 this morning. Such a nice beer. Compliments the mood set by the smokey skies quite well. Really impressed with the way Moonlight has handled distribution to our area. The only places it sometimes grows long in the tooth is the spots that weirdly put it all as singles for $4 a can. So glad to have this on the shelves and fresh as can be
