Will be flying out next month to visit our daughter and grandsons. .We'll fly into LAX and drive to Lancaster. I am ignorant of the geography, and my daughter doesn't drink. Any suggestions for breweries, beer bars, restaurants, etc would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Breweries near LAX - El Segundo, Monkish, Smog City... and few others. Beachwood BBQ is in Long Beach, not too far and definitely worth the visit. Highland Park Brewing is another must visit if you decide to drive through that area.
You got a lot of brewery's out in the Palmdale/Lancaster area. You don't want to be driving out to Lancaster after drinking at Beachwood, Smog or any place near the LAX area. Maybe a good stop at Three Weavers or El Segundo on the way out.
Also near Smog and El Segundo Breweing is Phantom Carriage if your into Sours, they also have a nice line up in their cellar to consume in or take out.
