    Quite nice. I don’t know what Apple Amaro is but this beer is herby, oaky, and smooth. Lots going on.

    Also had one on Friday. Got less herby and more fermented raisins with a sweet booze finish that I attributed to the apple amaro. Only needed a half pour though.

    According to their FB post, CBC is going into hibernation mode from December 28 through February 2. I was hoping bottles of YEMS would get released for the new year, but wishing them all the best for a restful nap and a successful reopening in 2021!

    Apparently the CBC crew decided to have a staff party after their last service before going into hibernation, so they probably drank it.
