    Sadly it's out of date before it's printed.

    I stopped buying it a long time ago, even though I helped to fill the pages for my local CAMRA Branch for many years.

    The 2022 edition is typical of how the system works. Branch's had to submit their preferred pubs/inns by April 2021 from local members data take from May 2020 to March 2021.

    Things change very quickly in the drinks trade in normal times, these are not normal times at all. Places are closing at an alarming rate and although I haven't checked, I bet there are plenty of places in the 2022 book that are gone, or the landlord/cellar man have changed.
