or if our weeners begin to grow to unearthly sizes... Seriously BPA is not something to take lightly like most canned craft breweries do take it lightly. In my option it outweighs any kind of positive a can can have. That being said if you don't strictly drink cans you wont get too much of it (at least i think). But the BPA in cans plus the millions of other ppms of it you might consume are not good.

Kegs actually are Steel, and do not have the water based polymer to keep the beer from touching metal that cans have. You can prefer bottles, that is cool. But the aluminum flavor is in your head.

Unless you are drinking from the can!

Sure, I still don't notice it then. But 9 times out of 10 that beer is going in a glass.

Crying about the BPA giving you cancer while storing a beverage that can cause liver damage is fucking HILARIOUS!

Pro: Cans in the street don't pop bike tubes anywhere near as often as broken bottles.

People have "wrecked" their livers for 1000s of years, BPA? Not a chance. If you think some thing is funny, idk, i don't get it.

By mentioning this you've just achieved making canned craft-brew too popular for hipsters, they will only drink beer poured from growlers now!

Those plastic liners in bottle caps also undoubtedly contain BPA. So you can either stop drinking beer or stick to the ole cork-n-cage (j/k)

I drank canned and bottled Torpedo last month and the can was remarkably better. The hop aroma in particular was much fresher from the can.

Surprised nobody has explained the aesthetics and opening experience. I prefer to uncork my bottles of Tripel karmeliet. God help us if that beer is ever degraded by can packaging.

What about the aesthetics of shotgunning a Heady Topper?

Is there any other way to drink it?
Personally, I pour my karmeliet into an empty PBR can so I can shotgun it.

I've wanted to do this, but I feel there would be backlash in any market where it's not readily available. lol
