Thinking of cellaring Breakside Bourbon-Barrel Aztec but worried the chilies will fall out.

Similarly, thinking of putting away some Fort George Black Sands but don't know about the coconut or nuts.

    Ideas?

You can cellar anything! Try one before saving though as you need some baseline to work from. It's an experience to taste how things change over the years regardless of brew style.

    Enjoy!

Why do you want to cellar these beers?

What characteristics of these beers lead you to believe that they will age well?

What do you hope to gain from aging these beers?

I would ask yourself these questions before agings anything.

Personally, I do not age any "flavored" beers unless I want the flavor to die down. If the beer is enjoyable fresh, I would not age a beer with chiles or coconuts.
