... on why the BA admins feel the need to police everything. I make a post to try and see what a beer trades for and it gets deleted with no reason or explanation. I'm in the beer trading talk and help section, that's what I'm trying to do, with no help. I'm sure this will get taken down as well. If you're going to delete someone's post, have the courtesy to explain why so we can learn.
Apparently you can't read and/or understand the trading rules. Regarding posting: Posting Trade posts may only be made in the appropriate ISO:FT or IP forum. You may edit or delete your post at anytime. And it's recommended that you delete your offer once it's closed. Be as specific as possible with the title of your post; ISO beer(s) FT: beer(s). Think of your post as a classified ad. The more details you provide, the more likely you'll get some hits. No open-ended, vague, or auction-like offers; example: "Make me an offer." No linking to lists on another site. No cross-posting; making the same offer in multiple forums. No reposting (including deleting and reposting) the same or similar post within a 72 hour period. No "what's the value of beer x?", "what would it take to get beer x?", "what can I get for beer x?" or similar threads. It's really not that hard.
