    The second one was addressed recently, it's a homebrew cap. The third is Southern Tier. Is the first one from 4B's Brewery in Colorado? I'm not able to confirm that. The fourth looks familiar but I can't pull that one out of memory either. It's American, I'm thinking Texas, or thereabouts, but I could be way off.

    I agree with @NeroFiddled for numbers 2 and 3. I think "b" in #2 is from Brewer's Best. I have no clue on the other two.

    Yep, #2 is Brewer's Best and #3 is Southern Tier.
