Can we get a wort challenge in MN?

    We have a ton of great breweries in MN. I know some have deep ties to homebrewing. I've read of breweries doing challenges where they put together a wort and you can pick up 5 gallons and brew something to be judged by the head brewer/s and get feedback and win prizes and recognition. I think something like this would be awesome for both the brewery as well as the guys as home wanting to try something different.

    NorthGate Brewing Co. worked with the Nordeast Brewers Alliance to produce a wort for a single hop beer for 30 different 5 gallon batches. Check out this.

    Surly did it a few years back. Lucid is the only brewey that has actively engaged the local homebrewing community recently with their Top Brewer/Brewer For a Day Homebrew competitions (that I'm aware of). I'll have to checkout the Northgate link.
