I have a few extra bottles of Wake Up Dead Nitro. Can I age these, or will something funky eventually happen with the nitrogen?

I'd think that it's just a gas for the solution, the same as beer gas or CO2. You MUST dedicate at least a few bottles TO SCIENCE!

Maybe contact Left Hand to see if they have any thoughts about how aging would affect the nitro?

You'll be a pioneer if you do it first.

(btw, Nitrogen will want to try to bond with another element, as it naturally is pretty weak. I don't know what ramifications that will have once its in solution and under pressure in a can surrounded by delicious beer.)

I just emailed them and within 5 minutes got a response from the head brewer. Apparently this is so new that haven't had a chance to test it yet. He expressed concern that the nitrogen could seep out over time and it would loose that gaseous mouthfeel. If that's the only negative I'd be happy.

Wikipedia, which is never wrong about its information states this:

Sounds to me like nitrogen is perfect when aging beer.

Sounds like another test for the wax seal. Get the crayons out!

Well I'm pretty sure that's what is inside your bag of chips/cheese doodles before you open them to keep it fresh, I don't see what the problem would be in your beer.

That won't really help, given that wax is gas-permeable. Maybe it would slow the rate of leakage..
