Can you age Punpkin Ales?

    I have a 2013 & 2014 Pumpking, 2014 Warlock along with a 2014 Good Gourde. Been in fridge entire time. Are this capable if aging?

    Pumpking with like 2 years on it gets really creamy. I like it more than fresh.

    I like giving some of the real spicy pumpkins beers a year in the fridge to tone them down a little.
