can you tour OHB?

    I am headed to hickory for my brothers wedding and I may have some free time. Would love to see their place. Been to the tap room plenty but want to check out the actual brewery. Anyone know if this is possible?

    It really depends on how busy they are... You probably wouldn't get run off, but I wouldn't expect anything more than a couple minutes.

    Honestly, there's not a lot to see that you couldn't see from the glass door outside other than the cooler and the grist mill. Just tanks, ingredents, bottles, kegs, bottling and kegging machinery, and concrete. Although their racks of barrels has grown exponentially. It is kinda fun to look at those and read what's been inside them, what's in them currently, and also to wish that they were sitting in your basement.

    It wouldn't hurt to try. You could always call ahead to see, although I don't know the number down there. I'm sure somebody at the tap room or amos howards could get it for you.
