    Dieu du Ciel is amazing, le Castor brews a mean IPA (Yakima and their colab with Pit' Caribou, 30 Cents), Unibroue is just a solid, solid brewery, we have 12 pack mixers of Fin du Monde, Maudite, Résolution and Blanche de Chambly for $13.99 here, Trou du diable's Apple Brandy barrel-aged version of Buteuse is only rated 93 on here but honestly one of the best beers I've ever had! And my favourite Canadian IPA, Red Racer :slight_smile:
