Canadian Shipping for Founding Subscribers?

    I'm a founding subscriber and coming up on renewal... does the $29.99 International fee apply to Canadians? Founding subscribers?

    "US: Subscription price includes shipping/handling fees. International: An additional $29.99 fee will apply at checkout."

    Looking back at my recent receipts... in 2010 it was $19.95 and in 2011 I got the 3 year deal for $45.
