    In again, gotta get that cellar trimmed down.

    If anyone gets me name, just looking for something new or from you area. I go by the same name on the other site for a reference. Always happy though with anything you deem worthy. Barley Wines, Stouts and Sours, I like it all.

    As far as likes and wants, I like big beers a fair deal (barley wine, imperial stout, eisbock, Baltic Porter, etc.). Barrel-aged is even better. And I'm ok with beers in this zone that have a high finishing gravity, plus pastrybois. Coconut, chocolate, hot peppers... yes please!

    Also love Lambic, but am otherwise not a big "sour" beer guy. Mixed-ferm/Brett beers are good in my book though.

    Big barleywine fan, love Quebec made Scotch ales, have a large cellar, will likely send a mix of cellared local gems and imports.

    This coming Monday the 15th is the last day to sign up for the roound of CANBIF. As of right now there are 18 signed up with a descent geographical mix. Please check your messages regularly throughout the round. If you have any family, or friends, even regular trading partners you think might enjoy please pass along. As soon as sign up is closed I will be pairing as quickly as possible. Also please post likes/dislikes after my final announcement. Thanks to all of you who already signed and if your on the fence come join the fun!
