    Great idea. I've gotta part with a "few". It's never too hot for a ba stout or barleywine But definitely open to any and all...barleyboyz on UT

    I’m in.
    As far as cellar stuff, I go for BA Stouts and Barleywine, Lambic and Wild Ales, both mixed ferm and clean Saison. Big fan of balance overall.

    Not nuts about smoked beer, enamel stripping sours, or lactose heavy sugar bombs.

    I like anything well made. If you like it I likely will too. Stouts, barley/wheat/rye wine, old ale, Saison, Belgian styles... Etc. Please no sours. I will be working on getting target information out by Monday. I am little behind schedule. Cheers all!

    My target(s) are to the west of me.

    I am fond of big beers, barrel aged beer, lambic, old ale, strong ale, mixed ferm saison, quad, tripel, I have an unhealthy obsession with English barley wine (though I also enjoy american barley wine classics ie big foot, old foghorn, etc), I love stouts, I enjoy most adjunct stouts, freeze distilled things are pretty cool. Ol Stingo is right fucking good, huh? I will probably enjoy whatever you send if it is something you enjoy.

    I am not a huge fan of beers advertised as sours, I don't want your 11 year old pasteurized Flanders red ale (though I would take one that is a little fresher).
