TheSevenduffs and I have been exchanging emails all day to get CANBIF going. Here are the rules/details of how we intend to proceed: - Registration: Email/conversation sent to TheSevenduffs and Phyl21ca with full address (City, Province) before midnight on April 30th. Participants who have never traded need to inform us. Please also inform us if you have regular trading partner on BA. - Pairing will be available by May 6th. - Willing to ship between May 10th and May 24th. - Amount of beers to be sent: 110-150 oz (which is approx 5 x 22 oz bottles and 1x 12 oz bottle). At least half of the bottles should be local. The rest can be an assortment of US/other provinces. - Swag is not required but is optional. Let TheSevenduffs or myself know if you have any question/concerns. PS. Good amount of people have already registered for this. We’re looking for at least one more from the East Coast and one or two more from out West.
Getting close to the pairing date!! What's the approx. number of participants? ...or maybe that's still a work in progress. Anyways, really looking forward to this. My first BIF!
I have withheld shopping until I determine who my partner will be, won't want to ship them something they already have access to!
Pairings should be sent out tonight (depending on when I get home from work). If not, tomorrow for sure.
