CANBIF Spring 2016

    Now that it is officially spring (even though we are getting some snow later this week), I thought it was time to get moving on the spring CANBIF round. The last couple of rounds were our biggest yet with some great boxes flying back and forth.

    For those who have never participated you can see what was sent by searching the forum for the previous CANBIFs or by communicating with me. The CANBIF is also a great entry into trading for those who have never traded before. We strongly recommend everyone use a styro shipper.

    Below are the rules/details of how we intend to proceed:
    • Registration: Email/conversation sent to Phyl21ca with full address (City, Province) before midnight on Sunday April 17, 2016.
    • Participants who have never traded need to inform us and should plan on acquiring a styro shipper.
    • Please also inform us if you have regular trading partner on BA.
    • Pairing will be available prior to April 22, 2016 at the latest.
    • You must be willing to ship between May 2 and May 13, 2016 (weather permitting).
    • Amount of beers to be sent: 110-150 oz (which is approx 5 x 22 oz bottles and 1x 12 oz bottle). At least half of the bottles should be local. The rest can be an assortment of US/other provinces.
    • Swag is not required but is optional.

    Most definitely IN for my first CANBIF. Really looking forward to it! Would love to be spoiled by someone out BC way - looks like Kump would fit the bill!

    I'm in again. Same info as last time. This will definitely be an interesting year! We have a few up and coming breweries that need to get more exposure!
