CANBIF Spring 2017

Hey reciever, your new provincial mascot is pretty cool. I'm just waiting on a trade to come in on friday, then you'll be recieving some West Coast Best Coast treats. Like a lot of them. I'll be a bit late in the window, but I run with 2 day shipping, so hold onto your butt.

Hint: Your west of me as previously stated, but your local team (if your worried about these things) was not part of the Canadian resurgence into the payoffs.

 

To my sender. I'm game for almost anything. Not a big coffee guy so coffee stouts and smoked are kind of lost on me.

Love IPA, weird stuff, I'm on the other site with the same user name. Can figure out what I've had, I haven't updated wants in years. Just take what you like and buy 2.

To my sender: Challenge accepted. My same province but I'm right by the Quebec border.... Let's see what I can get. KBS is now off the table because I figured you probably loaded up at the LCBO as well. Touche.....

Bellwoods just released Blackberry Jelly King and a new super-oated pale ale. Congratulations, your box just got better.

My target will receive 5 beers in the Can Top 100, a great many more that should be, and as far as I can surmise, beers that are all new to you with exception of one (diff vintage). You will also revisit a particular brewery's beer though you may not realize it at first.

 

Hot darn. A new NEIPA, a big DIPA, a multigrain IPA and some other wierdness have all come into my possession. I intend to deliver them to a city not quite in another city but close enough. I've spent many summers working the land out there.

 

OK, package "Accepted at Post Office" soon to be in the infamous "in transit" status I'm sure.

Final hint to my target: learn how to spell your home town properly

 

I've got a shiny new shipper ready to make its maiden voyage, some of the slots are already filled and I intend to round it out this weekend and wish it well on it's trip out west... It could at least gather a sticker or two for each province it will pass on the way to a new home.

I've gotten some input but not a lot to go on, if you were going to add some extra input for me now would be a good time!

 

There is good news and bad news. The bad news is that my planned trip to Vermont has been postponed to well after the end of the shipping window. The good news is that my target will get a second bonus box later in May.

I guess this means I have a few slots that need filling... Good thing I just got a shipment of beer in the mail from one of the very few progressive breweries in this Province that allow you to order their beer on-line and have it shipped straight to your door!

 

My target does not have this beer on their wants list, however it's a 2014 vintage of a style they feature prominently on said list.

And local!

Glad I could acquire it today from a fellow local's cellar, it's going to make a nice addition to the collection of beers heading east.

I hope my target three provinces over likes the idea of new Bellwoods releases, because he's now getting a few. Will have to wait to ship until next week, however, in hopes of grabbing a couple of last styro fillers first.

 

My box is filling up nicely and nearly ready for take off. Will be headed west to a town named after Tom Cruise's daughter. You folks out west must really love Risky Business.

 

Box is on route with a beer best enjoyed with a record player and a collaroration brew that is far more oceanic than you would expect from southern Onterrible.
