    Hello all--
Considering brewing an imperial stout with cold brew coffee. I would also like to incorporate Coffee Crisp bars in some way, shape, or form and was considering scraping off the outer chocolate to eliminate some of the main fat/oil stores of the bar, then creating a reduction of some kind to use perhaps before bottling.

I understand that cold brew coffee is usually best employed before bottling, but I'm unsure about the candy bar flavors. Any thoughts?

There are better uses of candy bars on Halloween : ) ...as for the coffee...yes, cold brew..or quartered beans, or even whole beans will work as a dry hop in secondary

Everyone here will tell you not to use candy bars in your beer.

If you decide to defy popular opinion, don't add the candy bars right before bottling. It has a lot sugar that will need to ferment before it's safe to bottle. Also, I don't there would be a benefit to doing a reduction.
