    MC obviously flouted this law:
For 30 years, you've been able to pick up 6-packs right off toasty warm supermarket shelves.

You (again) neglected to read the entire section:
Miller Genuine Draft is not pasteurized and is "sterile filtered and aseptically filled".

MGD is not "sterile filtered and aseptically filled," its "cold-filtered and sterile-filled." The law requires a DOUBLY aseptic process. MGD breaks the law by only springing for a SINGLE sterile process.

 Perhaps you should take your complaints (and trolling) over to the TTB.

What you seem to be missing is that "cold-filtered" when used in talking about beer production is also sterile (or possibly you are missing that aseptic is a synonym for sterile, or possibly you are missing knowledge of both). So the accepted meaning of "cold-filtered" in this context is cold sterile filtered. By the time the beer gets to the filtration process what is being removed is the yeast, to help ****** spoilage.

But as @jesskidden suggests, if you really feel Miller has been flouting the law, take it to the TTB.

Wikipedia is not always the best source, but here's what they say:
It seems reasonable to me that anything smaller than a gallon "picnic" can isn't really draft beer. The regs in 1935 only permitted "Draft Flavor" for small cans and bottles. The small-can exception made in 1965 for sterile filtering is certainly in the books, but its purpose was to allow "commercial brewers to use ['Draft'] as a marketing tool." Seriously, if you ask any man in the street, "What is draft beer?", his answer is going to be, "You get it from a spigot at a bar or from a keg at a party." It's just common sense, and I don't think I am being offensive or provocative in saying that.

So what? You started this thread off worrying about the legality of MGD. You got answers. But you keep shifting the grounds of what you are discussing to other irrelevant topics that aren't realted to the question you asked in your OP. Frankly I'm not surprised @jesskidden has put you on ignore so he won't be sucked into discussing any more of your non-sequitors. As already suggested, if you feel there's a legal issue involved, take your complaint to the TTB.

I started the thread asking if it was false advertising. Other posters dug through the regs to show that the law allows it. Nevertheless, "it is incorrect to call any beer not drawn from a cask or keg 'draught'". That's not in any way irrelevant. It's squarely on the opening topic of false advertising.

Precisely. I sometimes forget the history of modern draught dispense, but here's a recent article which is a helpful reminder of the temperature and process differences between the tunnel and flash methods of pasteurization:
"Flash pasteurization of carbonated products was developed along with and specifically for the Sankey keg system."
