All these new IPA releases, high abv double and triple , the cans are sold cold. Do you have to immediately put them into your fridge or is it possible to store in your underground cellar which stays cool, until time to drink then place in fridge?

I would keep any hoppy beer cold from purchase to drinking it, but it won't hurt the beer to go from cold to warmer to cold again.

I agree. I have done this many times and have never noticed any adverse effects.

I have talked to a few people and they have stated that going from cold to warm back to cold isn't the biggest deal in the world and that it can happen a few times during its life of being distributed.

Alright. I really just need to invest in a nice size mini fridge so I can keep all these fresh hops cold without overcrowding the regular fridge
