Can't leave trade feedback on mobile

When I tap "leave feedback" for an open trade on the mobile site, it brings up a textbox that extends across the entire screen and keeps going. When I enter enough text where normally it would start to wrap and go onto a new line (like reviews), the screen simply shifts to the right to maintain my focus on the textbox.

There is no way to get my focus back to the "confirm" button, so if I write more than a couple words, I can't leave feedback. I can't scroll back to the left side of the page, I can't leave the focus of the textbox and make it snap back that way, nor can I zoom out to make the confirm button visible. It's brokeded. I would take a screenshot but I already left my feedback on a desktop site.

This problem may exist in other areas with textboxes.

I'm running the Safari browser on iOS 9.3.2, iPhone 5S.
