Heading out to St Louis in two weeks and wondering what the best spots (breweries/bottle shops) are. I know I can look under places on here, but I'm specifically wondering what my chances are of scoring some Bomb, Crooked Stave and JP. Also, can I buy Side Project bottles at the brewery or are they impossible to find?
Side project cellar just opened on the 11th and is your best bet for trying their stuff, They have two of their beers on draft and four bottles for purchase but only for on site consumption.. Side project hasn't started distributing to stores in St Louis yet but could have a release while you're in town. Perennial is great, I also like 4 Hands Brewery if you have time. Craft Beer Cellar in Clayton has a nice selection, they usually have Crooked Stave. Prairie Bomb will likely be hard to find. Hope that helps.
