Can't set the Conversation Prefix

    In my conversations, I can no longer set the conversation prefix. I can open the Set Conversation Prefix by selecting it in the Other Actions, and the popup opens; but then when I select the down arrow to get the 5 options, it opens under the previous popup, and I can't select anything, This is on IE, Chrome, Edge on multiple computers and from my phone.

    I have actually been having this same issue for a few weeks now. It doesn't effect any older conversations that I already set the prefix on, but I can't set a prefix for any new conversation.

    Nope. I just endlessly click on the drop-down once I have selected a message, but nothing drops down.

    Todd, tried it again at home. The popup with the 5 prefixes still opens under the current tab.

    Update: It's a UI conflict. We're working on a fix.

    In the meantime, when viewing the conversation you should be able to apply a prefix using the edit tool.

    Update: A fix has been applied and tested. And it seems to be working now.
